How to Bake Salmon Cakes

0:08 show you how to bake salmon cakes first

0:10 you want to pre-heat your oven to 375

0:12 degrees Fahrenheit and then you want to

0:14 get your salmon cakes together and

0:16 salmon cakes are a wonderful alternative

0:17 to a regular burger and so healthy and

0:20 light and great source of omega-3 fatty

0:24 acids which is wonderful for your heart

0:25 so get a large bowl and to that you're

0:28 gonna add get a large bowl into that

0:31 you're gonna add one pound of salmon

0:32 that you've chopped into fine little

0:35 pieces and then you're going to add two

0:36 eggs two cups of panko breadcrumbs I

0:39 love the crunch of panko breadcrumbs and

0:41 next you're gonna add 1/2 a cup of mayo

0:44 1/4 cup of capers that have been drained

0:46 and rinsed 2 tablespoons of dill 2

0:49 tablespoons of tarragon and 2

0:50 tablespoons of chives all fresh herbs 1

0:53 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and

0:55 1/2 a teaspoon of ground black pepper

0:57 take a wooden spoon and mix it all

0:59 together and then make 8 patties so for

1:05 this salmon we're gonna roast it for 10

1:07 minutes and enjoy your light healthy
