DIY Trick or Treat Bag Printable

Perhaps you don’t want to make a whole Halloween costume (or maybe you do!), but a really easy Halloween DIY you can whip up is a trick or treat bag! This one only requires a printer and an iron, and in a few easy steps those kiddos will be off filling their new bag with goodies.

Supplies:

Tote Bag
Trick-or-Treat Free Printable (Click HERE to download!)
Iron-on Transfer Paper (Buy it at your local craft, art or office supply store)
Inkjet Printer
Iron
Towel or Scrap Piece of Fabric

Print out the graphic onto your iron-on transfer paper as noted in the package instructions. Cut around the graphic as close to the outside of the letters as possible.

Lay the printable over the center of your bag, with the graphic facing down, and iron as instructed by the packaging. (Each paper is slightly different, so be sure to use your paper’s instructions. For mine, I had to lay a thin cloth, like a dish towel, overtop and iron for 60-90 seconds.)

Let it cool completely and then very carefully peel off the backing. If you notice the graphic start to peel away as well, replace the backing and iron again as instructed (letting it cool one more time before trying to remove).

That’s it! No tricks here, it’s that simple. Happy Halloween!
