Your marriage proposal is one of the most important questions that you will ever ask anyone during your lifetime. You want to impress your girlfriend with the proposal of her dreams, so make sure to plan a cute idea that has some significance to your relationship, or is something you're sure she will like. A marriage proposal does not need to cost a lot of money, but it does need to have a lot of thought put into it.
Send her on a treasure hunt that ultimately leads to you and an engagement ring. Leave a clue card at each spot, leading her to the next stop. You could do this at home, a park, or even around a city. If you want to get really creative, tie the theme of each stop into something significant about your relationship, such as where you had your first date, first kiss, and where you first told her that you loved her.
Box of Chocolates
Put the ring in a ring box and dip it in melted chocolate. Buy her a box of chocolates and place the ring box inside. Present her with the box of chocolates, wait for her to open the ring box, and then propose. This is a cute and creative idea for any woman, but will especially be a hit if she's a chocolate-lover.
First Date Deja Vu
Take her out on a reenactment of your first date. If you went to dinner, take her to the same restaurant, if you met her at a bar for a drink, meet her there again. Try to do as much of the exact things that you did on your first date as possible, except at the end of the evening get down on one knee and propose to her.
If you live near the beach, or are planning a vacation to one, write your marriage proposal in the sand. Try to get on a secluded area of the beach, or either early in the morning or late at night, so you'll have a little more privacy. After writing "Will you marry me?" in the sand, get down on one knee and present her with the ring. This is a really cute idea in a picture-perfect setting.
