Marketing managers promote company products and services for maximum effectiveness. They analyze research data, evaluate consumer preferences and predict marketing trends. This information helps them develop a strategy to launch new products and services in existing markets, offer existing products in new markets or develop new products for a particular market. Human Resource Managers
The focus of human resource managers is on a company's human assets. In addition to consulting with top executives regarding strategic planning, they provide advice on sexual harassment, equal opportunity employment, employee discipline and other policies that affect how companies operate. Human resource managers also assess productivity levels and provide input regarding the best use of employees, and they recruit and hire applicants who can best meet the organization’s goals. The annual mean wage of human resources managers was $105,590 as of May 2012 according to the BLS.
