How to Make Eggs Over Easy

  • Frying pan
  • 1/2 oz. olive oil
  • 2 eggs (grade-A large)
  • Spatula
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Stove
  • Plate

Eggs can be made many different ways. From scrambled eggs to two-egg omelets, eggs are versatile. A very popular form of eggs is called over easy. While many people enjoy eating this version of eggs, many do not know how to make it.

How to Make Eggs Over Easy

Step 1

Heat the frying pan on medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Step 2

Crack two eggs into the pan. You can also crack them into a bowl if you want to make sure that no egg shells get in.

Step 3

Cook the eggs. Allow the eggs to cook for at least 2-4 minutes or until the edges are fully white.

Step 4

Flip the eggs. Slide your spatula underneath the eggs and flip them over. Cook them an additional 1-3 minutes.

Step 5

Season to desired amount.

Tips

  • Once you see the edges turn white you can flip the eggs over easy.
