How to Fix a G Shock Watch

While G-Shocks are known for their durability and toughness, they can break. No need to worry. There are authorized service centers able to fix your phone. You can also have your trusty jeweler repair your watch after ordering the parts from Casio.

Online Repair

Navigate to the online Casio Repair site. Register with the site. Log-in, using your e-mail address and password.

Type the G-Shock model number. For example, enter “GA110-1A” for the model number.

Select your G-Shock model number from the dropdown list. Click the “Continue with Repairs” button at the bottom of the window.

Select the purchase date, problem then write any comments about the repair your watch needs. Click the “Continue with Repairs” button at the bottom of the window.

Enter your shipping information in the textboxes, then click the “Submit Repair Request” button.

Click the link in “Section 1” and print the “Repair Request” document.

Click the link in “Section 2” and print the “Mailing Label” document.

Insert the “Repair Request” document and the watch into a shipping box. Tape the box with shipping tape. Attach the “Mailing Label” to the outside of the box, using glue, then ship the package to Casio.
