Fun Kid Activities in Easton, PA

Situated on the easternmost part of the state, Easton, Pennsylvania offers plenty of fun for the kids. The Delaware River and Lehigh River meet in Easton creating opportunities for water recreation. The town has a historical district featuring many interesting sites and is within an hour of both New York City and Philadelphia. During your stay in Easton, be sure to take advantage of all the kid-friendly fun this city has to offer.

Game Centers

Bounce U of Easton provides kids of all ages with a large collection of inflatables. Bounce houses, obstacle courses and slides await your young ones. It provides open bounce for all ages at certain times, and due to its popularity, Bounce U recommends making reservations. Two T's Golf has a miniature golf course with working gristmills, caves, waterfalls and other challenging holes creating a fun experience for kids. Bar Don Lanes is a bowling facility offering traditional bowling with league play and weekly specials.


The National Canal Museum tells the stories of the canal system used in the early 20th century. The museum features many hands-on exhibits that show some of the machinery and tools used by the canal workers, such as mule harnesses. Canal boat rides also offer the opportunity to give kids an up-close look at the waterways while enjoying a meal. The Sigal Museum details the history of the region with interactive displays and guided tours of the facility. Some of the exhibits include colonial furniture, pre-European settlement artifacts, arts and textiles.

Water Fun

The city of Easton has two public swimming pools. Heil Pool has two large water slides, a shallow area for younger swimmers, plenty of grassy space and concessions. Eddyside Pool is another option that features a snack bar and plenty of space for relaxing in the sun and swimming. The Easton Waterfront is located on the shores of the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers. It provides waterfront recreation including boating, fishing, hiking along the water and picnicking areas.


Easton has dozens of parks ranging in size and featured amenities. Pioneer Park has a playground, tot lot and a picnic pavilion. Nevin Park provides tennis and volleyball courts alongside playground equipment. Hackett's Park is one of the larger facilities with lots of wide-open green space and sports fields. Situated along the Lehigh River, Hugh Moore Historical Park has a more natural setting. Kids can take advantage of the hiking trails and wildlife viewing.
